I don't want to struggle forever. I want to get better. I want to get healthier. I want to accomplish something in my life, no matter how small. I don't want to be in this situation 10 years from now.

I need to develop methods so that I am more respectful of other people & myself.

I also need to be more honest with myself about my actions.

I need to respect sensitive information that people give me.

I can't expect other people to respect my wishes if I don't respect theirs.

I am a big believer in Karma.....it's time I started practicing what I preach.

  • ·         Write down 10 of my most embarrassing moments, and share them so they aren’t so embarrassing anymore!
